Six protocols that transform the run (a growing serpent, a rolling ball of debris, a time-bender the world obeys, a tower-defense architect, a missile-defense operator and a turn-based creature battle) are in development as future expansions. They are not part of the base game yet. Until they arrive, the system already fights back: Kernel Events like the Blue Screen of Death and ransomware crash into your run, the Kernel Reaper offers dangerous bargains, and THREAT lets you arm the final boss with up to 16 optional conditions. ▚ SOMETHING INSIDE IS AWAKE Beat a boss untouched and the machine opens a room that shouldn't exist.
