Defeated enemies can drop valuable loot, including weapons, utilities, and powerful upgrades. Extract successfully to permanently add new weapons to your Stockpile and expand your arsenal.The standard Shadow of Juarez experience. Fight through increasingly difficult 60-second waves as enemy numbers and strength continue to increase. Build your collection by extracting with newly discovered weapons to permanently add them to your Stockpile.A more challenging version of Classic Mode. Enemies have an increased chance to inflict bleeding, take reduced damage, and deal more damage. The player has reduced maximum health and limited visibility. In return, XP and currency rewards are increased.A brutal challenge where your maximum health is reduced to 1 and visibility is limited. Even the smallest mistake can be deadly. Survive a wave to earn a Reward Roll and 1,000 XP.Note: Impossible Mode isn't actually impossible... just really difficult!Create your own challenge by customizing gameplay settings such as player speed, damage, wave duration, and more. XP and currency rewards are disabled, and loot earned during the wave will not be saved.The Custom Wave game mode will be added in an update post-release.Use in-game currency earned through gameplay to purchase Weapon Cards and obtain new gear. There are currently three tiers available:Standard IssueStandard PlusAdvanced LoadoutHigher-tier cards offer better rewards but come with greater risk.Special Weapons are rare weapons that cannot be purchased from the Stockpile. Instead, they can be earned through unique methods such as the Reward Track or Weapon Cards.Each Special Weapon has its own unique ability, from protecting you against enemy attacks to using a grappling hook to launch yourself across the battlefield.Earn 20+ achievements with full Steam Achievement support and an in-game achievement menu.Shadow of Juarez was developed entirely in TurboWarp, a modified version of Scratch, by Brodie Pettifor under Shadowline Games.Development began in October 2024, and after nearly two years of development and thousands of hours spent refining the game, Shadow of Juarez finally launched on August 14th 2026.This game is a passion project, and I plan to continue supporting it after release with new content, improvements, and bug fixes.If you find a bug or want to discuss the game, join the Shadowline Games Discord server.
