OpenStreetMap provides the foundation for roads, buildings, mapped stations and other locations. Track vehicles on the map and decide which nearby crew should take the next assignment.Detailed routing uses available road data and simulation rules to account for factors such as vehicle dimensions, one-way streets, bridge clearances and railway crossings. Simulated roadworks and accident scenes can force a detour. Weather, turnout times and units already committed elsewhere also affect your planning.Dispatch is only the beginningCoordinate fires, medical emergencies and technical assistance. Respond to requests for additional units, arrange patient transport and hospital handovers, and maintain coverage elsewhere in your region. A vehicle can move straight to another incident, but only if its crew and equipment are ready. Fuel, water, breathing apparatus, breaks and maintenance turn every dispatch into a resource decision.Major incidents require more than extra vehicles: coordinate triage, staging, hospital allocation and evacuation. If the phone system, radio network or dispatch computer fails, maintain operations through a backup control centre, emergency power and paper dispatch, then confirm recovery.Work solo or share the shiftPlay alone with simulated support or share a shift in online co-op through Steam with up to six players in total. Handle every task yourself or divide call-taking, dispatch and radio duties between your team. Calls and incident files have assigned owners and can be handed over, while the map, vehicles and incident status stay synchronized. Progress through 16 campaign chapters from Bremerhaven to the harbour finale in Hamburg, with increasing call volume and new challenges. An optional bundled local caller AI adds scenario variations and caller reactions. No cloud AI account is required. The simulation also works without a language model.
